Position Description:
Provide program management leadership across functions to execute timely development and launch of Special Vehicle Options to Commercial Vehicles.
Guide the Special Vehicles Team through the enquiry (Equivalent to GPDS) and business processes to deliver to options to plan. - Build operational excellence and program management capabilities across the Special Vehicle Team to deliver the best solutions to our customers in a flexible and agile manner.
Support cross-functional development of project timing, deliverables, budget and product definition.
Monitor execution to plan using Data and Tools to identify and then support risk/issue management throughout the program cycle from inception to manufacturing launch.
Facilitate the cross functional business issue investigation, containment, root cause evaluation and prevent recurrence in the delivery of Special Vehicle Options.
Provide a central point of communication across all functions for the Special Vehicles Team.
Lead the change management processes that controls product definition and engineering change management.

Highly numerical with strong analytical skills.
Experienced and competent with MS Excel in managing large documents/datasets with complex formula and VBA.

Knowledge of Lean manufacturing best practices [incl. Six Sigma, Kaizen etc.]
Experience Required:
5-7 years' experience of working in an Automotive / operations environment with experience of: Experience in setting up and tracking realistic schedules.
Tracking of operating metrics and KPIs
Use of agile methodologies to accelerate program delivery
Experience Preferred:
Experience of the Commercial vehicle conversion market and international automotive industry
Previous Program Management Experience or Functional Integration.
Knowledge of Ford structure and processes, with experience in PDL, Product Development, Manufacturing and/or Program Management.
A good understanding of GPDS tools and processes.
Experience of building out and optimisation of new processes.
Education Required:
University degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business or Data
Education Preferred:
Higher degree
