About Paul
With a recruitment career spanning over 35 years, I have been recruiting within the Automotive and Motorsport industry for the past 25 years, covering both contract and permanent roles for OEM's, Suppliers and Motorsport Teams, whilst also supporting specialist manufacturing companies. Developing strong, trusting relationships with clients to source candidates that will ultimately strengthen their sales, engineering or manufacturing capabilities to ensure the delivery of programmes or products.
I believe it is important to ensure we continue to encourage people to join the engineering industry, to help support this I am a committee member with the IMechE Automobile Essex Centre and the IMechE South Essex Area. We provide continuing professional development opportunities to IMechE members and the general public through a series of lecture events.
