Virtual Build and Test Planning Analyst

​Position Description:

• This is a central and supporting role within a team where most members are deployed onto projects / programmes

• The main purpose of this team is to create and manage the plan for Virtual Builds and Tests that occur through the Virtual Series phase within Engineering

• The objective of this role is to help the team manager standardise a way of working across the team by supporting tasks on Key Performance Indicators, Processes and a Quality Operating System

• There will also be instances where we are looking for the successful candidate to take on operational work in support of other team members workload and availability

Skills Required:

• The candidate should be highly driven, self-motivated and able to deliver with minimum supervision

• Analytical and problem-solving skills in approaching technical issue resolution

• Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills

Experience Required:

• Degree Qualified

Experience Preferred:

• Knowledge of whole vehicle automotive product design, requirements, attributes, and verification

• Knowledge of a range of CAD, CAE and other virtual assessment processes, methods and tools

• Experience of managing test plans with complex dependencies
