​Position Description:

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • We are looking to appoint a talented Vehicle Architecture Lead Engineer to support a team that create and sustain future proofed and efficient vehicle architectures to deliver world class, modern luxury experiences and maximised customer and business benefits.

  • It's an opportunity to focuses on the technical definition and application of an exciting breadth of new technologies and vehicle concepts for whole vehicle engineering and integration and will have exposure to the key areas that influence vehicle technology development, interacting across engineering functions and attribute teams.

  • Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • As a Vehicle Architecture Lead Engineer, you'll get to liaise and interface with multiple functions to identify, define and develop high value customer innovations and compile robust assumptions and data to develop the requirements and features chosen for implementation on/in the architecture.

  • You also get the opportunity to radically simplify our technology toolkit and technical delivery activities along with defining clear and compatible assumptions, championing transformative attribute strategies and future technologies and work on the securing successful resolution of technical conflicts

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Project management experience including the ability to help deliver against complex project demands

  • Technical knowledge and extensive experience of key whole vehicle systems and interactions

  • Proven ability to work with technical data and combine business skills with technical decision-making

  • Knowledge of the broader industry including brands, mega trends, products and customer needs

  • Thrive on change and be committed to transforming customer experiences and growing our business

Experience Required:

  • Engineering degree or similar relevant experience

Experience Preferred:

  • Driving Licence

  • Experience in Automotive Industry
