Take responsibility for course material coordination:
MS Teams channel for course material and interaction with tutors
Platform (Mimeo) course material upload and maintenance of the system
Provide support for administrative tasks using AccessPlanit, LIMS, CRM, post-course certification, and clients' invoicing
Maintain and drive to continuously improve the 'customer experience' through monitoring and controlling course material, catering and support facilities, and the post-course evaluation and feedback process.
Support the Training Coordinator in managing bookings and course support.
Escalation of any issues to The Admin Manager.
Professional MS Office Suite Flexible
