​Position Description:

  • Working as a Senior Process Analyst within the Supply Chain Operations Development team, you will be leading the Operations & Logistics teams through business process improvement, technology, lean methodology and the use of digital tools.

  • Delivering products and services that drive competitive advantage and efficiency by reducing costs, improving delivery performance, creating value and driving profitable growth for the teams.

  • Will be leading the business improvement projects to support the hyper-competitive roadmap and 5 year plan supporting Logistics operations strategy.

  • Design and implementation of new processes, tools and techniques using data to deliver business improvements and create value. Including the project management of significant and complex change programmes across the Operations & Logistics Team working with a diverse range of stakeholders.

  • You will manage this technology-enabled change, drawing on your Supply Chain & Logistics domain knowledge and data & analytics expertise.

  Skills Required:

  • Experience working as a business process analyst / process engineer in the Supply Chain / Logistics sector.

  • Understanding of automotive or other supply chains and material flow principles

  • Experience in capturing and publishing business processes

  • Ability to conduct detailed business process mapping / analysis and identify improvement opportunities supported by data

  • Experience in the use of Data and Analytics tools and processes and confident working with disparate data sources (structured and unstructured)

  • Ability to work independently, plan and prioritise varying workload and demands

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience of dealing with a fast-paced environment will mean you are comfortable challenging with your influencing and engagement skills

  • A passion for automotive and supply chain

  • An analytical mind set with the ability to multitask

  Experience Required:

  • Experience working as a business process analyst / process engineer in the Supply Chain / Logistics sector

  • Understand automotive or other supply chains and material flow principles

  • Experience in use of lean and agile business improvement techniques

  • Experience in capturing and publishing business processes

  • Able to conduct detailed business process mapping / analysis and identify improvement opportunities, supported by data

  • Track record of performing structured analysis of data and presenting outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Experience in the use of Data and Analytics tools and processes and confident working with disparate data sources (structured and unstructured)

  • Strong across the Office 365 technology stack (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  Experience Preferred:

  • Working knowledge and experience of Logistics systems including MRP / ERP, warehouse management, data management and simulation, E2E connected supply chain/control tower

  • Experience of Automotive Logistics / Manufacturing

  • Knowledge of Quality Operating Systems procedures & deliverables

  • Previous experience of one or more cloud platform (Google Cloud Platform preferred)

  • Data exploration / visualisation with Tableau (preferred), Looker, Power BI etc Awareness / experience of Agile project management techniques and tools (Atlassian toolkit: Jira, Confluence etc)

  • Proven people management, strong leadership and decision making

  • Experience in leading projects in a matrix organisations and environment with cross functional working

  Education Required:

  • Educated to degree level (STEM subjects preferred) or equivalent experience
