​Position Description:

  • This opportunity is for a Trainer within the Manufacturing Digitalisation & Innovation Team.

  • The Trainer's overarching objective is to identify the users in scope for training, understand what they require, create the material, plan and deliver.

  • Your role is to get the organisation engaged and ready for the change, ensuring that the change is adopted and sustained.

  • In order to achieve this, the Trainer will be able to monitor and manage the impact of change.

  • Key activities include:

  • Process assessment and stakeholder identification in the form of a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) Design, Create and Deliver role-based user training

  • Developing training content including classroom courses, online learning courses, assessments, videos, simulations, and quick reference guides

  • Evaluating the users level of knowledge at appropriated levels

  • Identify and onboard Early Adopters and Super Users Conducting training impact assessments

  • Creating stakeholder training and engagement plans and supporting the communication of these to relevant end users

  • Any other given task that falls into the employee's qualifications or abilities

Skills Required:

  • 5+ years experience in Training role

  • Experience creating bespoke training material using a variety of methods

  • Available to work on-site 5 days per week

Experience Required:

  • Understanding and knowledge of business requirements and solution design methodologies

  • Excellent written, presentation and communication skills

  • Proven ability to remain positive and focused under pressure

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of establishing, building and maintaining relationships

  • Working in a fast-paced environment and ability to adapt to a changing working environment

  • Responding quickly and decisively to changing circumstances and able to deal with ambiguity

  • MS Office suite (e.g. PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.)

  Experience Preferred:

  • Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems

  • Knowledge of Manufacturing processes

  • Previously used SAP EN or Articulate
