HR Centre of Expertise Manager (Maternity Cover)

​Position Description:

This is a maternity cover position.

Length of contract will be determined by how much mat leave existing post holder will take.

Initial advert for 6 months. Hybrid working available.

Write, edit and deliver communication campaigns, including e-newsletters, websites, blogs, videos, social media, interviews, and direct emails

Understand who the key stakeholders are, maintain the list and analyse of their level of engagement to produce targeted actions.

Produce timely and targeted messages to stakeholder groups following change impact reviews or feedback, as well as assess effectiveness of communications delivered and take actions to improve

Skills Required:

Transformational change communications experience

Being the lead person who has led communications for a number of change projects

Delivering communications within a wider business transformation programme and an environment of high change

Delivering communications through both digital and traditional distribution channels such as the intranet, internal and external social media (e.g. Yammer and Linkedin), e-newsletters, webinar, etc. and experience in video production, event activation and printed communications

Experience Required:

Follow and evolve the strategic direction for how Jaguar Land Rover will engage with our people globally to enact behavioural and cultural change.

This will include following and evolving our Purpose Tone of Voice Guidelines with our Internal Communications function to ensure consistent storytelling across the business
