Global Functional Lead/Business Analyst

​Position Description:

Ford Global SAP eCommerce Platform Product Group recently enabled online vehicle Shop/Buy experiences for Mustang Mach-E, and F-150 Lightning currently operating in 30+ markets across the world.

We are the technical core of the eCommerce Platform, maintaining a strong engineering culture that encourages innovation, growth, and development.

As a Global Functional Lead/Business Analyst, you will work closely with Product Owners to define the functional requirements, conduct discovery sessions, gather customer requirements, and document and present to stakeholders while supporting the Global eCommerce SAP Platform strategy.

You will work closely with both the Product Owner(s) and the PDO teams and be a liaison to translate the business requirements to delivery teams to deliver improved shop and buy user journeys.

This position is part of an expanding portfolio of B2C and eCommerce capabilities and offers the candidate exposure to a major initiative that is transforming Fords online shopping/buying experiences.

Seeking enthusiastic Business and Functional Analyst with Proficiency to talk in functional & data terms to product owners and the stakeholders

Leadership skills to manage ad-hoc analysis or design deep dives

Understanding the Agile development lifecycle and working experience with PDO teams and act as an SME on the E2E Global eCommerce experience and support new market discovery

Establishing and operating within the governance (decision making) structure for the program/project and managing/escalating issues and risks

Work with Stakeholders during UAT to ensure reports meet requirements and ensure all deliveries are signed-off

Experience Required:

Scaled Agile and or SAP Commerce Cloud concentration/certification would be advantageous.

Experience Preferred:

10+ years experience with at least 3+ years of retail eCommerce/SAP Hybris experience as a Business and Functional Analyst

Education Required:

Scaled Agile and or SAP Commerce Cloud concentration/certification would be advantageous.
