Generator/Mechanical Technician

About the role:

• Your main role will be carrying out preventative maintenance, repairs and servicing on our generator fleet and attending to servicing and emergency breakdowns nationwide.

• Your day-to-day role will include preparing generators for hire and fulfilling customer orders.

• You will be enrolled in an on call rota, which will see you being the on call engineer every 4 weeks, depending on sickness, holidays etc.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining high standards of rental equipment

• Carrying out repairs, fault findings and cleaning of equipment

• Picking of equipment and testing to fulfil customer orders

• Stock checking

• Checking in stock and fuel levels after hire

• Site visits and servicing nationwide.
