EDS Systems Engineering Manager

​Position Description:

In this role you will be responsible for managing the EDS Systems Team.

Manages a function that is directly responsible for providing the system engineering activities that allow the development to design wire harness distribution systems in line with Yazaki and the customer's requirements

Lead and Develop the associated team members

Ensure engineering objectives are met and customer/supplier needs are fulfilled.

Responsible for the effectiveness and efficiency of the system design engineering function

Communicate and present to customers or suppliers (inside and outside Yazaki) at a management level

Take responsibility to decide any issues of management importance within authorized limits and drive decision making processes on higher levels where appropriate

Experience Required:

You will have experience in Systems (circuit design) Engineering and managing teams of people within the automotive industry.

Client facing experience is essential

This is a manager role, must have management experience in EDS Systems and Automotive
