​Position Description:

  • Customer Account Specialist Account Development and Management:

  • Lead Ford Pro Charging Billing & Invoicing Process across all European Markets

  • Reconcile stage payment invoices as per T&C of customer contract

  • Support in resolving customer billing queries ¿ Support migration of Ford Pro Billing System to SAP

  • Create new Product SKU¿s and Rate Plans as needed

  • Assist with Ford Pro's transition to Bundled Bill with FMCC

  • Ad-hoc assignments to support billing & late payment reconciliation ¿ Manage and oversee Ford Pro Charging customer onboarding process.

  • Creation of customer accounts including the provision of key information.

  • Support account activation in Ford Fleet Marketplace. ¿ Maintain live accounts on Ford Pro Charging CRM application.

  • Undertake regular validation checks of live accounts to verify status.

  • Conduct account and driver authorizations for internal Ford fleets.

  • Action customer account and vehicle deactivation as required in Ford Fleet Market Place.

  • Support Multi Make customer account agreements and support hardware ordering process.

  • Validate signed customer agreements and ensure details are recorded correctly on Microsoft

  • Support ad-hoc requests as required.

Skills Preferred:

  • Adept user of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel & Dynamics

  • Finance or Accounting background is a plus, but not required

  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus, but not required

Experience Required:

  • Prior experience leading billing and invoicing processes

  • Prior experience with CRM applications
