Position Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Chassis Business Process Analyst to join our team in the Product Engineering Central Business Office.
As a member of the team, you will play a key role in the operational and Design and Development (D&D) processes within the Body/Chassis Engineering Function.
This position offers business-wide exposure and the opportunity to work with internal and external customers, including directors.
Key responsibilities: Coordinate and manage D&D processes within the Body/Chassis Engineering Function
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
Ensure timely processing of D&D orders in accordance with business requirements
Meet team deadlines and business objectives while keeping the budgets under control
Adhere to business processes to contribute to the company's future Offer guidance and direction to the engineers and leadership team
Skills Required:
Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent numerical and communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Experience Required:
Experience in workload management in a demanding environment Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
Experience in data collection and management
Ability to perform statistical analysis of large datasets Experience in delivering a customer support service Budgeting experience
