​Position Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Chassis Business Process Analyst to join our team in the Product Engineering Central Business Office.

  • As a member of the team, you will play a key role in the operational and Design and Development (D&D) processes within the Body/Chassis Engineering Function.

  • This position offers business-wide exposure and the opportunity to work with internal and external customers, including directors.

  • Key responsibilities: Coordinate and manage D&D processes within the Body/Chassis Engineering Function

  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers

  • Ensure timely processing of D&D orders in accordance with business requirements

  • Meet team deadlines and business objectives while keeping the budgets under control

  • Adhere to business processes to contribute to the company's future Offer guidance and direction to the engineers and leadership team

Skills Required:

  • Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent numerical and communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills

Experience Required:

  • Experience in workload management in a demanding environment Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely

  • Experience in data collection and management

  • Ability to perform statistical analysis of large datasets Experience in delivering a customer support service Budgeting experience
