Position Description:
How you will contribute
You will support with day-to-day planning of R&D projects to ensure they meet expected deadlines, take accountability of stock materials and consumables to ensure availability whilst avoiding waste, capture and report data with technical rigor and accuracy, and ensure the safe working environment.

Applying your technical understanding of Planning and logistics operations.
Working in teams and independently with the guidance of more senior team members.
Proactively identifying problems and assisting in creating and implementing solutions.
Recording and reporting data and activity outcomes accurately to drive business improvement.
Food manufacturing industry experience an advantage but not essential.
Top three headlines in terms of accountabilities
Support with daily planning activities and cover in times of absence.
Materials planning / forecasting and purchase of key materials and consumables.
Take accountability for data capture of all pilot plant activities
We operate in a global environment and the role holder will also be required to support on the following:
Work alongside the logistics and sustainability co-ordinator to ensure cover of all required activities.
Support in delivering our import and export agenda.
Drive our safety agenda by owning an area and ensuring the area is safe in the moment. 5s experience beneficial but not essential.
Deliver business improvement projects using DMAIC framework.
Experience of DMAIC beneficial but not essential.
Support our Food Safety specialist in delivering top quality policies and closing out quality actions in a timely manner.
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Import / Export Qualifications
Supply Chain Qualifications
