We can pay a referral fee depending on where we place your friend and whether it is in a contract role or permanent role.(Terms & Conditions apply)
By referring an individual you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Company's Referral Policy.
If we have placed a candidate in a booking the agreed referral fee can be claimed once the contractor has completed three months.
It is your responsibility to make the claim following the 3 month period.
Any claim should be made no later than 6 months from the start date.
Referral fees can only be paid as if you have a limited company or on an umbrella basis. (VAT can be charged on referral fees but we must be invoiced via a Limited Company.)
